Multiple email forwards: Exchange 2003
Add external email address to forward
Open AD
Create > New > Contact
Name the Contact and click
Next
Check
"Create an Exchange e-mail address"
and click
Modify
5. Highlight
SMTP Address
and click
OK
6. Type email address that you want emails forwarded to and click
OK
7. Click
Finish
Create Security Group for email forwarding
Create > New > Group (Global Security Group)
Right click newly made security group and select properties
Switch to Members tab and add newly made contact(s) and any AD accounts that will also need to recieve forwards
Note: If you can't add the contact to the security group, try adding the security group to the contact through "Member Of"
